Policy of returns and refunds

Items purchased from Modelmakers3D can be returned within 14 days
of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can
try the product and review it as if you bought something in a physical store. The product must
be in the same condition in which you receive it and without any damage. You can remove the
product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items, you will need to notify us by filling out the returns form
on our website, or using the withdrawal form shown below.

You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an
email to info@modelmakers3d.com. Please note that you must send the
items back within 14 days of informing us.

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and
begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method
you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. Refund will be paid within
7 days. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Items that cannot be returned

The following types of items cannot be returned:
Products that have been custom made to the buyer’s specifications, such as:
personalized scale objects, objects created to order at scale,…
When purchasing as a business (commercial contract between companies
) services that have been started with the consent of the buyer. such as: custom projects
, part design and 3D printing.
